This was my first Brazilian treatment. Rose was pleasant & professional. The salon was very comfortable. What pain involved was fleeting, & there was no lingering soreness afterward, as I would have expected. From what I understand, the first time is the worst, & it wasnt even that bad, so I wont have any trouble going back for future treatments

I saw Rose for waxing (areas on face) on a Saturday morning which was convenient for me. I called to make an appointment just a few days before so I didn't have to wait long. Rose was very sweet, very professional, and so gentle. She was also very careful to tell me that if I had been using an retinol products that the skin in certain areas could tear during the waxing process. She seems very knowledgeable. I already scheduled a follow-up appointment for a month from now!

The atmosphere is relaxing and their products make the difference. While Dawn is knowledgeable and accomendating when I want products she does not "push" products on me as many other spas have done. Ariana gets an A+ in my book. Booked online. Very easy. Care is great. As first-time Brazilian waxer, I found Rose very helpful, deciding "how far to go" to upkeep. The surroundings are also perfectly suited for a spa experience. Sea-foam&white accents, soft music and beautiful aromas. So relaxing. I went in for a quick "lunch break" session and ended up wanting to just stay all day.

I went in to see Adriana yesterday for my first ever waxing (besides my eyebrows). I got a bikini wax and a full leg wax. At first I was afraid it would be awkward and uncomfortable to be bottomless in front of a stranger, but she was completely professional and made me feel at home. We talked the whole time about everything and she talked to me like an old friend. I barely even noticed the waxing! I will definitely be coming back!

Dee did an amazing job for this Brazilian newbie! She explained everything and talked me through the pain. I decided it was like a Wasabi burn- it feels like you got punched in the nose (or down there) and then the pain is gone just as quickly. I will continue to go to Adriana Skin Care to keep it all cleaned up in that region. I would suggest this place of business- very professional, clean and comfortable.

For my first ever Brazillian Wax, I made sure to do my research. This place had good reviews so I booked an appointment and after I had gone, I could see why! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and the place was very clean (and cute! :) ) A Brazillian wax is going to be painful no matter what and I had prepared myself for the worst ; it wasn't as bad as I had imagined tho and I am sure it was because they were so good! I will most certainly be going back! :)

I really like Rose. She does a great brow wax. I really like the shape she gave my eyebrows. I also had a bikini wax. I am slightly disapointed with this though. I had to come home and pull out the tweezer as I am a water baby and found strays both times I have had a wax. I like the fact that they use hot wax instead of bees wax, which helps with ingrowns though. Hence the 3 stars- still up in the air. I did not mention the strays this time hoping they wouldn't be an issue, probably should have

Our eyebrows look great and the only thing left for my daughter to do is get her hair done. I like that Rose is always so friendly and makes you feel comfortable and special regardless of the service being provided. I would recommend her over and over again and she deserves a excellent review every time I see her.

Dee made me feel really comfortable and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing despite the circumstances. While waxing itself is painful, the technique that Dee used really softened the blow. I had a Brazilian with Dee and it was a great experience. She used hard wax on me, as opposed to the one with the cloth, and it was faster and a lot less painful. Dee was quick, professional and made me feel comfortable. She used small patches at a time and applied pressure to minimize the pain. I am definitely returning to her!

Recently, I had a "Brazilian" and a facial, both with Sophie - whom I cannot recommend highly enough. To my mind, she is everything you can want in an esthetician (and more): competent, attentive, agreeable. And she does "sugar" rather than "wax" - which is healthier, less painful, and... more efficient!

I flew into SD for my wedding and made an appointment with Adriana for a back wax. Adriana was overly friendly and the waxing was painless and quick. After she finished, she gave me time to look over everything and encouraged me to point out any areas that I wanted her to touch up.
