My attendant listened to my likes and dislikes when choosing wedding gowns. She did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable. The second dress I tried on happened to be perfect! They worked with me on fitting the price into my budget. I enjoyed the upbeat personality of the staff and the great selection of gowns & accessories. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.

We were an hour early for our appt but were still accommodated w/a room so we could start trying on dresses. We narrowed it down to a few by the time our appt started & it worked out well b/c Lori was then able to get us swatches & prices. It did take a while but they were very busy with prom, so for as busy as they were our service was acceptable. It would've been nice to have more chairs in the fitting room while we waited. Over all it was a good experience & we did order our dresses there.

I came in to find my wedding dress. Lois was absolutely amazing. She contacted me early to get ideas of what I was looking for and my budget. Trying on dresses was a bit nerve racking at first and I thought I'd never be able to pick but the dress I got I absolutely love and feel incredible in... and didn't break the bank! This was an amazing experience and I will suggest all my friends to them :)

Heather was wonderful to work with... she listened closely, both to what I was saying, and what I wasn't saying. I ended up buying a dress that day, even though I never thought I'd find a dress on my first look. I was completely unsure of what I was looking for, but Heather found it - and it's everything I dreamed of in a dress! I can't wait to walk down the aisle wearing the dress she found for me - and I would love to have her there, just to see the result of the work she put in!

I was very happy with Amanda and the staff. I went in to finish my tuxedo order and Amanda did it very quickly and accurately. I also threw them a curve ball; my fiance needed 2 of her bridesmaids to also be measured for the dresses. They found a way to fit them in and were very nice about it. All a day which they were very busy and getting ready for a show the next day. This is why I love this place. Keep up the good work!

I had an amazing time trying on dresses with Lois she had me in and out before I could blink and eye. She gave me enough time to form an opinion about the dress but had me out of it before I had time to second guess what my initial thought was. I didn't have much time that day so she also made sure I got in as many dresses as I could before I left. I had an amazing time with Lois and even though I didn't find my dress that day I will defiantly go back to see if I can find it another day.

I went to Elegant Occasions on the hopes of finding my wedding dress. I had gone to two places before and although both places had beautiful dresses, I ended up not finding one that I truly loved. Heather, for lack of space, is the definition of wonderful. After trying them all on, I tried the second dress on again and nearly cried! Heather did a great job of putting me in a mindframe of my wedding day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and lucky me, I ended up selecting a dress.

The slideshow to start the bridal gown search is a perfect way start. It helped me get an idea of what I was looking for and helped Heather as well. Heather was amazing!!!!!! For both my bridal gown and my 6 bridesmaids gowns, Elegant Occasions was a wonderful experience! My bridal appointment was during the week, and the bridesmaids on a weekend. It was so personal and private during the week, but quite busy on Saturday. I recommend the bridal appointment to be during the week because of this. They had a ton of selections and were so accommodating and helpful, not to mention personal and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to Elegant Occasions!

I have gone to two bridal stores before Elegant Occasions and didn't want to settle for a dress I liked from the previous store. Heather was very patient and pulled all/most of the gowns that my sister, future mother in law, and I picked out from the slideshow. After a few struggles, I FOUND THE GOWN! Needless to say, I'm glad they carry a lot of options/styles for dresses.

I liked how easy it was to change my appointment from bridal gowns to bridesmaids dresses. I also liked that we could pull our own dresses and try them on. However, I didn't really like how our consultant was barely there with us, she would occasionally come check on us but the other consultants were almost always with their group helping them. Overall, I had a good experience here.

Elegant occassions was very helpful, warm, and friendly. I showed up there on a Saturday without an appointment, and just wanted to look at bridesmaid dress styles, and not only was I allowed to browse, somebody went out of their way to help me and wrote down each style number for me and the prices so that i look them up online and email them to my bridesmaids. I felt their service was exceptional.

She went above and beyond to paint the whole "picture" of my wedding day by helping me find the perfect dress, trying on veils and hair accessories, matching bridesmaids dresses, pulling various tuxedos, and even having a sample flower bouquet. I couldn't have asked for anything more :)

Had a very positive experience. Scheduled my 1st fit and was measured and then scheduled on line for the final fit for two days before the wedding. The fit was good so everything was fine. The shop could open earlier on Sunday (before noon) to return sooner in the morning as to not have to wait.

We have had absolutely excellent service from all the staff. We started with bridesmaids' dresses and later went back kinda late I might add for tuxes, due to unreliability and poor service with Marshfield bridal stores. Each experience was wonderful. Staff was supportive and accomodating, knew their stuff and walked me through everything. We worked with first Heather, Lori, and then Brittany. All were great!

Elegant Occasion was very accommodating. Had an out-of-town wedding that required a tuxedo fitting for an out-of-town formal wear shop. Elegant unhesitatingly agreed to take my measurements so I did not have to schedule a fitting three hours away.

My visit to Elegant Occasions was the best bridal experience I have ever had! The staff is the most knowledgeable and most fun and that makes them the best in the business! Going through the slides on the computer before hand made things so much easier, and my wonderful consultant and I were able to start off my appointment on the same page right off the bat. I was never made to feel rushed or pressured, and follow up appointments aren't a problem. I love Elegant Occasions!

I was looking for a lightweight dress with a high low hem for my destination beach wedding. They didn't have any, but I tried on other dresses. The assistant found a beautiful mori lee dress in a catalog. I fell in love with the picture, but I wanted to try it on. We were getting ready to leave and SURPRISE, they had the dress in stock. I tried it on, and bought it on the spot! It was sooo perfect! I was very pleased with my experience n would recommend elegant occasions to other future brides.

My fiancee and I had a vast color requirement for all of our 6 groomsmen and their representative was able to meet our expectations and go way beyond that even. Elegant Occasions staff were very friendly, cooperative, and helpful. My dress measurements were perfect and the dress even came in 3 months before I was expecting it to! They have a much larger selection of dresses than most bridal stores in my area and staff tried to answer all the questions I had.

Every time I have gone to Elegant Occasions has been wonderful. I live an hour away so have communicated through e-mail with Lois several times. I set up an appointment to have my daughter measured, as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and asked what we needed help with. Our appointment was with Lois however she was still with a customer so instead of making us wait for her they steped right in and measured my daughter. Everyone has been wonderful everytime. I worked with Lori-who was great. They have a very nice seating area for my wedding party to relax. I then went to Thelmas and was sooo disappointed with the service-they didn't even offer to help with anything, other than putting a few dresses in the fitting room. I also forgot to write down the designers of the dresses I liked and called 2 minutes before the store closed. The girl not only told me the names, she emailed pics of the dresses! Elegant Occasions is totally worth your time!

I worked with Lori and although I had looked online before entering the store and had a very precise idea of what I wanted, Lori helped me solidify my decision by sharing other dress styles with me. The two times I have gone to elegant it has been very busy but when they are working with you they don't leave you to help someone else. You let them know what style you are looking for and they pull several for you to look at and try on. We are able to talk back and forth through e-mail and they always respond. If they don't have the answer for you that second they will find the answer for you and get back to you.

This was my first bridal appointment. Kathy was very nice, and listened to my ideas for a dress. She set me up on a computer and I picked out my top 10. However, not all dresses were available, so Kathy improvised and brought out dresses that were similar to what I liked. The second dress that I tried on was the one, and Kathy even showed me the tiaras that were only $25. She was a great salesperson, and made my experience great.

My experience was a dream come true! Dare I say PERFECT! From start to finish my appointment was beyond my expectations. I ended up with a dress I never thought I would look good in. I am the mother of the bride and am very happy with our experience. They are not very happy if you don't have an appointment but do their best to accommodate you without one. They are always very busy and sometimes you feel like you need to take a number but their selection is wonderful - especially bridesmaid dresses. We were impressed with the PowerPoint presentation for wedding dresses. Lots of tuxes and mother of bride dresses - basically a one stop shop in the Northwoods!

I made the drive from Green Bay to Wausau to shop at Elegant Occasions after having some bad luck at shops in Green Bay. I was so impressed with the electronic method of choosing wedding dresses. It was so refreshing to see everything available on the computer as opposed to searching through countless racks of bridal dresses in bags. Jennifer Green, really got what I was looking for, she asked questions about what looks good on me, about the day and about what I didn't want. I found the dress the first day. The ordering process went fine, no delays. She made the effort to call the shoe company to make sure that they could dye the shoes to the official dress color, they look great. I have to have a minor alteration yet, will see how that goes. Very positive experience, would recoment to anyone.

Viewing dresses at Elegant Ocassions was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and patient as I tried on many different styles of dresses. I did not feel rushed or obligated to make a selection. They also have a lot of dress selections and other services too. If they do not have a dress in stock and they can order it, they will be happy to unlike another local bridal shop. I will refer anyone to Elegant Occassions and I will return to get my bridesmaids dresses soon!

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I had a great experience at Elegant Occasions. I loved how I was able to pick out dresses, and was also able to try on as many dresses as I liked. I appreciated looking through a slideshow first, as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I was very happy with my experience. My consultant listened to what I wanted and helped me learn about the different styles and materials. I loved the lighting in the dressing rooms to see the bling on the dresses!

I recently purchased my wedding gown, and started getting my brides maids measured for their gowns as well, the service was incredible! Not only were my family, friend, and I impressed at the attitudes of all the staff, but we also got some great ideas for the wedding, and at the end of the day they even save me money by showing me a brides maid gown that was cheaper but was almost a replica of the one I had originally picked out. Elegant Occasions just moved into their new location and it is fresh, new, and well lit from large windows. I was welcomed right away to my appointment and show to a room where I could watch a slide show of available dresses to try on, if I wanted. The woman helping me was friendly. She had already pulled the dress I had requested (having seen it online). She let me pull a dress from the clearance rack to try on too. And, best of all, that ended up being my Dress!

Even though we stopped in just as they were closing they took time to at least get things started so I could come another day and try on the dresses I had picked out from their catalog. I live about an hour away from EO, and the trip was very much worth it. The girls I worked with were very nice and helpful. The whole experience at EO was amazing, especially when compared to a place I tried in Green Bay before I heard about EO. I would definetely reccomend EO to anyone.
