There's a little music in the waiting area...nice. There's time for the stress of getting there on time to vanish away. There's Mrs. Nancy taking care of paperwork efficiently and checking our emotional pulse. Mrs. Cindy is a room with a patient, which we cannot see...always busy. Yes, that is what it is like at our Northwest Clinic. I am always happy to go and get my needs cared for. It is like family to me.
