I was taken in very shortly after I arrived. The staff addressed all my problems and questions. I was contacted very shortly afterward with test results and was very pleased with the visit overall.

I was running late due to a traffic accident that happened in the lane ahead of me. I called to inform them of my situation. They were very helpful and informative. When I arrived they saw me very quickly and I only had to wait a few minutes. As always the staff is very professional and caring.

My experience was pretty good. I felt really comfortable talking to the doctor. The nurse got me to the room really quick. The only negative thing about my experience is the bathrooms were a little messy and run down.

I LOVE Nancy and Cindy, so I always choose to make my appointments wherever they are. Montgomery Central is more convenient for me, but we can't always wait until Tuesday! I have made appointments in the past online. This one did not post, so they were not aware of my appointment...worked me in anyway! Cindy was out, so we saw Sarah. She was great!

I prefer to be seen at this clinic mainly due to the staff. Cindy & Nancy are the best! My needs are always met. If convenient, this is the place to go. If not, they are at Northeast on Fridays.

I make the appointment Thursday pm for Friday 7-1 at 8:30. Received confirmation and number for appointment. Arrived for appt at 8:20. At 8:35 was informed they could not see me at the scheduled time because I did not make the app 24 hrs in advance. Could see me after next two patients. No problem with staff, evidently system does not know scheduling procedures.

I was seen here twice over the last 5 days due to being sick and was seen with patience and care by the nurses and practitioners. The person making and transferring calls was also polite and professional.
