We were very unsatisfied with this visit. The PA was not very helpful with recommendations. We will stick to the main clinic from now on.

Needed to get in to get medication refills. I was able to get in right after work and didn't have to wait. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Online appointments, several locations, zero waiting, and an accurate diagnosis. I don't use them as my PCP, but for acute illnesses I'll choose them any day over waiting in a doctor's office for an hour.

Negligent service

After a hassle to have her seen the provider barely looked at her and denyed testing her for strep even though she complained with a sore throat. She was taken to a different practice and treated for strep. I think the provider was negligenct in not wanting to test her for strep when she had been complaining of fever and sore throat
