Brad so respectfully and brilliantly guides and advises us on boot and gear choices and changes. Each time we visit Hi Tempo we learn more about the complex sport of alpine race and figure out what works best for us. We are so grateful to have Brad as a trusted advisor. He seems more like a family member.
Feeling great and skiing better
Josh A - Feb 13, 2017
I've had lifelong boot fit issues, but Brad quickly offered a solution for me--so simple I was almost skeptical. But I made an appointment for custom orthotics and liner modifications. My feet are now pain/numbness-free, and I'm skiing more confidently than I ever have. I've realized Brad is just good enough at what he does to save you the pain of trying a dozen things before finding the right solution. After a half dozen days of amazing skiing since, I can say he nailed it on the first try!
BUMP ON THE ICE
Heather-for son JACOB M - Feb 12, 2017
Our son Jacob loves hockey and has played for years. He also has feet that pronate (arch falls in). This over the years this caused a bone to rub against the inside of his skates and create a big (ugly) red bump on both his feet. We chose to see Brad at the FOOT LAB because he is an athlete and he works with athletes. Jacob is 13 and has few words as teenage boys tend to be. Jake said "Brad is cool, he's really nice." That is teen boy code for thank you and I trust this guy. I do too! Thanks!

Amazing quality work! Knowledgeable and extremely skillful! WOW! GREAT JOB on my boots! The first time my boots have felt FANTASTIC! Not just the finest in the Midwest, but one of the finest in the whole country! Many thanks!

As usual Hi Tempo staff did a fantastic job of boot fitting, custom insole prep and canting. Best in the Twin cities in my opinion
