Wonderful Massage!
The reviews don't lie! Aaron was great, very comforting and knowledgeable. His intake and post massage talk was really professional and I felt like her really cared about my health.

Glad i found Aaron.
I'm new to the Durham area and so far it has been a very easy and positive transition. Having Aaron Shay recommended to me by some good friends is the icing on the cake. Having recently returned to the hairdressing profession, I had forgotten the strain it puts on the shoulders, back and legs. Aaron's very capable hands had me feeling more relaxed, loose and flexible after just 45 minutes. Next week I'm going for a 75 minute session!

Good communication and total satisfaction
After a good discussion about objectives and options, Aaron delivered exactly what he promised. You can't really do better than that. As a result, I'm interested in trying some additional things, to see if that works as well.

I have never had a massage before. I was afraid of someone touching my body, of being less clothed than I am in front of strangers. Within 20 seconds of meeting Aaron I knew I was going to have a positive experience. He took the time to discuss my issues and how to best address them. Well, not only did he address my issues, he found some I forgot to tell him about. I'm definitely scheduling many more appointments with him. He even knew when I was done talking.
. EVERYONE should see Aaron.

Awesome!
Aaron's massage was awesome! I was delighted though, by his knowledge base and thoroughness. He partnered with me to create a plan based on my injuries and my wants in a way that I hadnt experienced with my past therapists. His office is undoubtedly tranquil and warm; part of a lovely old home with a wide front porch. Perfect.

Best massage I've ever had! Aaron took the time to really find out what would help me most. I will absolutely go back and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent Massage!
Aaron completely relieved the pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I wsa able to make it through the second 1/2 of my day. I plan on making a stop to BSM at least once per month!

As a massage therapist myself, I am often in need of a massage and good therapists are hard to find. Aaron has a beautiful space and has developed a lovely practice. He is very professional and has a wonderful intuitive sense. BTI grads are the best! Thanks for holding a safe, professional healing space in Durham.

Excellent
Thomas & Linda thoroughly enjoyed their massage. Thomas, age 9, is recovering from brain surgery & radiation treatments at Duke. Linda, aka Mom, is the primary care giver. Thomas said "before I couldn't move my neck back, now it moves and doesn't hurt!" Thomas is so looking forward to his next session with Aaron.

Great job
I felt right at home on my first visit. Aaron was confident and informative prior to the session and ensured that all my questions were answered and that he had a good sense of what I was hoping to get out of it. A good listener, and a good teacher. Pleasant and very quiet, soothing space. (I think I dozed off at one point). I'll be back.

AWESOME!!
Aaron knows what he is doing! Such a relaxing experience. I love that he takes the time to help educate and answer any questions I have. I've already become much more aware of my posture and my over all well-being after seeing Aaron only twice. I can't wait for my next session. Definitely a perfect way to treat yourself!

WONDERFUL!
Amazing! Aaron is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also great at educating his clients about their well-being. He always gives me practical advise about how to take care of my muscles. I have seen a number of therapists, and Aaron is by far the best. He has taught me the importance of relaxation and how to relax. I highly recommend him.

Priceless
Aaron is by far one of the most professional of the many I've seen. His knowledge and applications of treatment are precise.
Methods, techiniques and insight is focused. His room is welcoming. He is very calm and considerate. I will be scheduling with him regularly. I feel fortunate to have someone worth 'keeping'. I definately trust him with my body. THANK YOU

Excellent
When we first started he asked me if I had one or two areas to focus on, so I told him my neck and my right hip, and that is where he worked. I felt relaxed for the rest of the day and shall definitely return.

Awesome!
This guy knows his stuff. He knows the anatomy, what questions to ask, and how to treat a client. I am a dancer, and it's so frustrating when you know more about the muscles than the person touching them knows!

Wonderful indulgence
Really found my first massage here to be very helpful leaving me fully relaxed for the remainder of my day. Interestingly, the massage I received focused on my head and legs and it was sheer relaxation and rejuvination. Will be returning.

Great - Relaxing - first visit!
Aaron was a much needed diversion from my busy weekend! The massage (unlike most I've had in the past) was truly relaxing and I was not in pain when I left - which was also different from my past massages. He was definitely a true professional and tailored the session to meet my needs. Although he's 30 miles away for me - I'm going to make every attempt to book more sessions! Thanks Aaron!

Wonderful first visit
Aaron is really terrific. He's also a great listener -- which may be too bad for him since I was talking quite a bit through my session. Next time, I think I'll relax and be more quiet. Seriously though, Aaron is very skilled and professional. Highly recommended.

Relaxing and comfortable
Aaron was so welcoming and calm- it set the tone for a wonderful and relaxing experiene. He spend time at the begining going over some basic questions and also debriefed me at the end which was helpful to better understand my own body's needs.

Compared to previous experiences I had, Aaron's massage was by far the best. His technique, attention to details and ability to listen are outstanding. Overall, an excellent experience, well worth the price.

Terrific Experience
Would highly recommend Broad Street Massage. Aaron was so professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and excellent at explaining concepts. Online booking and payment allows you to focus on the experience of the massage while you're there. Amazing!

Absolutely terrific!
Aaron was great! The massage was an extremely intentional experience, and I have never felt as relaxed after other massages as I did after his. I would definitely recommend Broad Street Massage to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

Best massage ever
I've had many a massage but none as well done or relaxing as this one. Aaron worked the muscle groups from top to bottom and you could feel how they were responding to the complete massage of the group. Wonderful experience!

A fantastic experience!
Aaron is highly skilled and knowledgeable and incredibly sensitive to his clients' needs. His intuitive style allows him to identify and concentrate on my main problem area (yes, lower back); I always leave completely relaxed and blissfully aligned in body and mind!
Don't go the massage factories in your local malls! Go to Broad Street Massage!

Best massage EVER
Aaron is fantastic. I've had many massages but no one has ever taken the time to really find out how to help me. Aaron chatted with me and we decided to focus on my lower back, which he did brilliantly. After my hour was up, I felt great but told him the test would be the next time I sneeze (which is normally quite painful in my lower back). Sure enough I sneezed and had absolutely no pain. I can't wait to go back!

Aaron rocks!
When I visit Aaron's office it's like dropping by a long-time friend's cozy house for a relaxing visit: I come away feeling replenished and ready to stride forth back into the world completely connected with my body. Aaron brings a very practical sense of body mechanics to his work along with being wonderfully intuitive. It never gets too "woo woo" with Aaron. He's all about getting mind and body firing on all cylinders in proper sequence, and he completely and utterly rocks at doing so.
