1.5 HOUR Relaxing massage - $60.00: A luxuiously relaxing 1 1/2 hr massage, soothing sore muscles but also profoundly adjusting your body-mind pace.
Private w/ take-home sequence - $40.00: The teacher tailors a sequence to meet student goals. In a 2nd appt, the teacher checks & adjusts student or sequence. Students return periodically to freshen the practice to reflect new capabilities. Call 595-9642 for same-day and additional times.
Private yoga class - $40.00: The teacher takes a student through a sequence designed to match that students' goals and abilities. Typically, the session is weekly.
Mon & Wed Noon yoga class - $8.00: 50-minute noon classess at the Westridge Center, 1919 Fairway Dr. off Kagy. All levels. Accessible to beginners; challenging for those mindful of the possibilities. First class is free. Questions? Call 595-9642
