Silvia is awesome!
Silvia is a very talented, skilled, and knowledgeable massage therapist. I have had great results with seeing her. I can walk into her with so many aches and walk out feeling like a new person! I highly recommend her expertise!

Silvia is the Best
I have had massages from Jamaica to Las Vegas to Shawano, and by far Silvia in Shawano is the best! She really knows the human body and knows how to work on what needs fixing! I highly recommend her to everyone I know for professional massages and yoga classes.

Just what I Needed
I have been having lower back pain for months. I thought having a massage would help work it out. Silvia did a great job! I've had massages in the past, but I have to say that was the best ever. She did a deep muscle massage and I was quite sore the next morning, but 2 days later my back is feeling better than it has in months, even after doing some digging in the garden! I can't wait until my next appointment. It left me feeling very relaxed and content.

Massage Therapy
I have been to Silvia just a few times, and I am extremely pleased with the results. She works her magical hands a different way every time depending on what my body needs at that appt. I have had massages all over the country, and I honestly feel hers have been the most beneficial to me, and the results have been outstanding. I would highly recommend Silvia for any and all therapies that she offers, you will be extremely pleased.

My First AMMA Therapy Visit
Although this type of therapy (massage) is so different from the previous massages I've had in the past, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I believe it has helped my body and muscles to relax so that I feel calmer and more at peace. I definitely look forward to my next session in a couple of weeks from now.

AMMA Therapy update
I have had to take a couple of weeks off from receiving AMMA Therapy. While I miss my weekly appointments, my body has retained its flexibility and I remain pain-free. Having my bodywork done consistently has really benefitted me in the short term. I look forward to getting back to my bodywork routine...I've even made sure by using the online scheduling! Thanks, Silvia. I didn't think I could stay flexible and pain-free so long between appointments. I'll see you soon!

Wonderful Amma Therapy(R) Experience!
My session went very well. I was able to stand and sit comfortably for more than an hour...the first time in over a year! I have been having mid-back problems for the last 6 months. It felt like my mid-back was trying to twist itself into a pretzel or a question mark. Other modalities I tried would only act as a band-aide. The pain and the twisting sensation would always come back. Amma has helped that stop that twisting sensation. I recommend it to everyone with back pain!

Welcome Relief from Pain
Sylvia has done wonders helping me get relief from pain. I had an extensive abdominal surgery which has effected the muscles in my back and shoulders. It is so amazing to walk without pain. Sylvia listens and knows what to do to help me work towards achieving balance in my life. A Wonderful Feeling
Gave myself a Birthday present by going to Silvia for a session. Had not been sleeping well, because pains in my arms and back due to my work. I had been getting up several times a night to walk off the pain. After my session with Silvia, I have been able to sleep through the night soundly, without getting up to walk off the pain. Thank s Silvia for a job well done.
