I'm a fan of reflexology in general, and really a big fan of Nourhy at Now Studio. Her space is welcome and inviting. She immediately greets guests with water or tea and interviews them about health issues. She then moves guests to her therapy room, which is an artistic space that immediately induces relaxation. The treatment itself is heaven! Nourhy is an expert practitioner of reflexology.

This was my first massage. I received a gift certificate from someone who loves going to Nourhy. I felt very comfortable. Unlike a lot of other massages I've had in the past, Nourhy's actually worked on the specific areas we talked about before the session began. A lot of the time you fill out the paperwork and then get the same old standard treatment, but she really listened and provided a massage that was just right for me.

I am a professional dancer and fitness instructor. I am really hard on my body on a day to day basis. I have had massages before, but nothing compared to my experience with Nourhy! What an amazing person with, positive energy, insight and not to mention HANDS! I will definitely continue my sessions with her and I encourage anyone to do the same. I had a massage and more done with Nourhy. I've never had massage work before, so don't have other perspectives, but I get the distinct feeling that she is really good at what she does. I have very little foot pain, back pain, or neck stiffness at all after a Massage and More, whereas prior to the massage I had a significant amount of each. My thoughts have also been clearer since. It seemed nontraditional and very intuitive, and it worked. I'll definitely be coming back.

I took my 8.5 month old daughter to Noury this past week for some craniosacral therapy. She's been teething for the past few weeks and since we were flying for the first time on Thursday, I wanted to make sure she was in balance and optimal health. Noury was very patient and calm with my squirming kiddo and was able to treat her despite the wiggling. After the treatment, Ella seemed less bothered by her teething pain and we flew with no obvious ear discomfort. I'll be going back for her and me!

We disussed possible sources and types of vertigo, and Nourhy encouraged me to see a medical doctor in addition to her treatment. She ended up doing both reflexology and craniosacral therapy. ...both on the table and when I got home. One of the reasons I went to Nourhy was for significant sleep issues. I was so relaxed during my reflexology session that I fell asleep on the table and went home and took a two-hour nap. I left Nourhy's armed with a home plan, a treatment plan and a new perspective about the things that ail me. I awoke the next day much more energized. I have done a lot of bodywork and Nourhy is excellent.

I really enjoyed my experience and was positively happy when I left and have carried that with me for days now. The place is a cute as can be and has a wonderful vibe. She all about positive energy and told me some really cool things about myself. I'm so glad I found her. Its not like a spa, this place was much better then the ruby room or some other places. She really is gifted and her dog Buster is adorable!

My experience at Nourhy was very positive. It was my very first professional massage. I agree with Ellen about the confusion with entering the studio. It is very well marked and feels like you are entering a residential space.

Nourhy is so kind, and her studio is very welcoming and cozy. I've seen her twice for craniosacral therapy and both times it has made me feel a lot better. I highly recommend giving her services a try.

I had a reflexology treatment yesterday and today I have tremendous energy. I would do it again. Entering her studio is a bit of a mystery, however. I wasn't sure what to do at the door as there was no sign that said knock and there was no doorbell. So I guessed and knocked a couple of times and waited until she came to the door. I think a sign letting me know that she would hear the knock would have helped.

My experinence with Nourhy was excelent. Nourhy is very intuitive and great at what she does. I would recommend craneoskeletal massage, reflexology, and Reiki.

Nourhy's Cranial Sacral work is among the best in my opinion. I've had various subtle energy work done on me for over 34 years of my life, so I speak from experience. I was looking for both structural correction and moving energetic blockages at the physical level. The session was fun a lot of "gunk" was moved out, and I left feeling more like my old "new self."
