I have never been to such a cozy car wash. I have also never had a "hand" car wash. I watched the staff really wash my car. I was very pleased with everything there. they did a great job. I will be back. :)

I booked a wash and wax via their webpage. The place was much smaller than I expected but my car was completed on time and looked and smelled great. My only complaint is that the waiting room is quite smaller and not nearly as nice as the other car wash place down the street. Jimmy (the manager?) was especially friendly and took the time to remember his customers' names. I will definitely return (but may not wait in the tiny waiting room again.)

A bit on the pricey side but got my second the #3 full interior detailing done here.(at N main st) 4hrs of wait time felt like less, Jimmy was polite and friendly, made little small talk but wasn't too intrusive while I caught up on some work. Ishmael, the interior guy does a great job. If there's one thing I had to suggest they better it would be get a bigger place and/or renovate.

Set appt for an Ultimate Detail. Told me 5 hours over the phone. It took just shy of 9 hours. They gave me 20% off due to the timing. Car looked great, but time is money. Appt was set a week in advance. Showed up 10 min early for 8am appt and was told there was a car ahead of me that needed to be finished by noon. This was the reason for the additional 4 hours I guess. So the detail was excellent, but they may not understand the way an appt works.

Booked online an Ultimate detail. 04/14/12, 8:30 AM was told EVERYTHING would be done by 12:30. Thought WOW these guys are good. Came back, paid (Thought $ was to low) looked over car, engine wasn’t detailed. Spoke with the guy in-charge, thought wife & I brought it in for interior detail (even-though it was written up in their system as an Ultimate) Left my car there until 4:00. (7 ½ hours) Car looked great, it wasn't until I got home that noticed trunk wasn’t vacuumed out completely.

Mammoth on Main Street did an amazing job on my Infiniti. It looks brand new, and all of the tiny scratches on the paint are gone. I'm very picky about who cleans my car, and I will definitely return for my next detail.

When detailing a vehicle the main idea is DETAILING, next time roll the windows down and clean the top edge of the glass. Then, pop the hood and clean any debris found from the cowl area. other that these two points the car looks great.

I left my car at the Mammoth Salon early in the morning. Jason called me to confirm he received the car and he let me know when it would be ready. A problem arose becuase they could not wash the car due to the cold temperature. Jason was kind enough to call me and let me knwo that delivery would be delayed. When the car was done he called me so I could pick it up. They did a great job waxing the car; my son was very pleased.

Expensive. Online booking only good for TOP price washes ($79.99 and up). However, regardless of price, they do a fantastic job. In the end, the money is worth it I guess....because the car is cleaner than any other place you can take it within 100 miles. :)

I just had the interior detail on my vehicle. I cannot say enough about the fantastic job done. Every crack and crevice was cleaned, seats shampooed, etc. Mammoth is the best and I will keep coming back!!

I arrived early and the folks took my car in and I was seated in a comfortable waiting room. They did a very professional job on my car-I drive a 2010 white Matrix. It did take several hours but was worth the wait. Here's what WASN'T worth the wait-when I went to pay my bill they UP CHARGED ME-FOR A LARGE CAR! I DRIVE A TOYOTA MATRIX, for goodness sake! Needless to say, this will be the first and last visit to this Co. Integrity not a priority here.

This was the best detail job that I've ever had. The service was great - they even went over everything with you at the end to make sure you dry your vehicle out properly. There 's even a nice little internet cafe to wait.

My white car's finish was oxidizing and looking pretty sad. Mammoth did the exterior detail and a few hours later, it looked like brand new. Online booking was a cinch and earns you a 10% discount.

I brought my 2009 F150 to get an exterior detail. I had some hard water spots that I could not wax out. They weren't sure if they could get it out. Ishmael worked all day on it all of the spots are out. The truck looks like it came from the dealership new. They delivered.

I took my '03 Mazda MPV to Mammoth for a Full Detail. My minivan just turned 100,000 miles and I wanted to 'treat' it to a special wash inside and out. I've always done my best to keep it clean but it now looks like the day it came off the showroom floor. Extremely friendly customer service and welcoming showroom are a bonus. I'd highly recommend Mammoth!

We have a 97 Camary that was is seriously poor condition, We thought that $300 was a lot to spend to try and recondition this old work horse BUT after seeing the results, it was worth every penny! I have been a customer of Mammoth for years now. I am please with their attention to detail. If I have ever, rarely, been satisfied; they correct it promptly. This made me comfortable with purchasing a detail, buff and wax. My 2007 TSX had paint swirls, scratches and looked dull. My car looks brand new! True Story: I took my car to the Acura dealer the next day for a hose recall. The service manager said that everyone stared at my beautiful car.

I brought my Nissan Pathfinder in for an ultimate detail where they steam clean the engine and polish and wax as well as super-detail the interior. They even got out these scratches from when I scraped up against at column in a parking deck! I am always impressed by them and would recommend them to anyone.

We've used Mammoth for several years and bring in each new car for a detail to enhance and protect the new paint and then every 6 months or so to get the swirls that accumulate out. The Zymol add on is a great choice for dark or bright finishes and adds a lot of luster and depth. They get busy so having an appointment helps and saves you a few bucks. Highly recommended!

Jimmy and his team at Mammoth did it again. My wife was so happy with the way her 2002 Maxima looked, Atlanta Dent took out all the door dings and the Mammoth Team used the clay bars and #5 Detail package to make a seven year old look new..

I booked my appointment online the day before for a wash and wax. Arrived first thing in the morning, they looked at the car and took me through the serivce options. Decided on what was needed. and told it would take 9 minutes. Relaxed in their very nice facility with a cup of coffee and email. 90 minutes later the car was returned looking new. Great service, polite and anxious to provide a satisfactory experience.

As a periodic car wash and detail customer for many years, neither the quality of the chosen service or the attention to customer care has changed. Both my Land Cruiser and my BMW have looked showroom ready year after year. But, the polite and professional interaction with each employee is the icing on the cake.

I had an exterior detail on my dark blue 740 iL. Water marks on the rear deck and roof were still visible. I expected these would have been removed during the buffing stage as they are not deep into the clear coat. The explanation from the attendent was not plausible or satisfactory.

I scheduled an appointment for 10AM on a sunday. I was there early along with another individual. No one showed up to open the facility. I waited for about 20 minutes and drove to there other location and no one was there either. If they plan to take time off, that's fine, they should at least update there scheduling software.
