The team arrived right on schedule and each technician shook my hand and introduced himself to me. They asked me to show them what I needed done and got right to work. Both technicians were professional and friendly, and they worked hard the entire time they were here. What pleased me most, other than doing an excellent job that they did cleaning my carpets, is they seemed to take a lot of ownership and pride in the business.
