I was not present when the cleaning took place but everything was back in place and the carpet looked good when I arrived. They were very nice to work with when a break in communication between owners meant they had to call me then wait until I could call the owner in the condo and adjust the time a bit. Sano Steam is always very nice to work with.

Hank and Josh did a fantastic job on our rugs (quite dirty). They also did a great job on our hardwood floors which have never been done professionally. They look like new. More importantly they were very friendly,courteous and obviously hard working young men.

Last year, I had Sano-24 to come out and clean my daughter's carpets, and at that time, they did a superb job. So this year when we did it again, I certainly calle Sano-24. We could not have been more pleased! Kudos to Hank and Aaron who were pleasant, friendly, and most of all, professional in their work. I would not use any other carpet cleaning company!!

the sano guys were friendly, professional, and did a great job with our carpets. they were also more than reasonable about estimating total cost and suggested discounts. my only quibble was that they arrived 30 minutes into the hour window. but really that's it. I am highly pleased and will use them again.

Due to the soiled condition, I wondered if they would be able to really get it clean. But, after the carpets dried, they looked nearly new! Great job and I'd recommend them to everyone!

Once again I'm so pleased at the service I have received with Sano Steam cleaning. Usually I just have the livingroom carpets cleaned as it has the most traffice but this time opted for the whole house. When I arrived home the carpets looked amazing, like brand new, and to my surprise they even cleaned the stair case which I was not expecting. Two young polite guys arrived on time. They steam cleaned areas in our home and my auto upholstery. For the most part they did a decent job but I expected more. They failed to treat a few stains prior to the steam cleaning so these didn't come out. Of course I noticed these spots upon arriving home. Same thing with the auto upholstery. Small areas not cleaned. Decent but missed some spots. For almost $200.00 I expected a much better job.

I was very happy with Sano Steam in Wilmington NC. My carpet was less than 2 years old and had never been cleaned. The company reps were on time, professional, careful with my furniture, got the stains out of the carpet and also restored 2 chair cushions to their original unstained appearance. Great Work! I recommend this company to anyone who needs professionals and their rates are very reasonable! No more do-it-yourself grocery store rental machines for me!

This is the second time I have used Sano Steam. As usual they sent a GREAT team and they were on time! I had a real "Oooops" this time. My dark brown eyeshadow fell out of my make-up bag, hit my bedside table and cracked open. The eyeshadow broke into a million pieces and went all over my off white carpet. They got it out! I resisted the urge to try and clean it myself (that just grinds it into the carpet). Just leave it alone and call SanoSteam. They will know what to do!

Thanks to the internet, I was able to find several different carpet cleaning services. Sano Steam was quick to return my call and able to schedule service on short notice. I have used another well-known service before and it pales in comparison to Sano Steam. The gentlemen were there to do a job and they did it and were able to remove stains that I thought I'd see for the rest of my life! I will recommend Sano Steam from now on and will not resort to other carpet cleaning services!
