Great Massage
I went in super stressed and with a extreme pain in my right shoulder/back. I told Courtney about it and she focused my entire massage on it. I was feeling better by the time i left!
I will def be back! :)

Great Massage, very knowledgeable
Courtney is friendly and made sure to listen to what I was looking for. She helped me identify an injury and start the healing process. She explained what was wrong and how I could continue healing on my own.

MT Professionalism at its Best
As a result of some sports related injuries I have been going to massage therapists in the Chicago area for a number of years. Courtney is the best I have found and is a consummate professional - not only in the quality of the therapy she administers but also in the advice she has provided regarding maintenance of diet and exercise regimens.

My new favorite
Courtney is extremely professional and excellent at what she does. I am very choosy when it comes to my massage therapists, and she has easily surpassed the skills of my last favorite. I will definitely have to see her regularly.

Raising the Bar on the Profession
Courtney approaches massage as a professional, and it shows in her work. Over multiple sessions, she has helped me uncover connections between speific life stressors and physical tension—beyond the obvious "hunching over a laptop = bad." This info has helped me proactively remove stress from my work and home life.

Very effective
Courtney has an uncanny ability to zero in on tense muscles and work on them until the tension is completely gone. I travel constantly and usually return from a trip with my muscles all in knots. Courtney always manages to fix that with a single massage therapy session.

Top-notch service.
As an endurance athlete, I have been going to Courtney for almost a year now for all my pre-race and post-race recovery massages. She incorporates deep tissue massage with stretching. I have seen significant improvements in my performance over the past year and I attribute a large portion of that to her. My legs recover quicker, which allows me to train longer and harder. Plus, she is an extremely down to earth person and makes the entire experience relaxing and comfortable.

Great job and a great price!
The Rub is fantastic! I felt less stressed immediately after my massage started. Courtney asked me which muscles needed more work and she did a great job relieving me of my aches and stress!

I'm training to run a 100 mile race & so have had more than my usual aches and pains. Courtney found a way to stretch and massage my "bad" leg and reached points that previous massage therapists didn't. My 38 mile training run went smoothly!. Thank you Courtney.
