I will never go anywhere else for a massage. Its quiet and conveniently located. Courtney Lewis is so darn nice and is trained to know how to fix you. She makes you feel comfortable and cares about how you feel rather than the paycheck at the end. She doesn't accept tips which is a nice touch as well. Stop spending your money at big spas and go to The Rub.

I've seen Courtney a couple of times now, and it is always a wonderful experience. Tip is included in the price, so you can just continue to relax when you're done. She does a great job of finding all of my knots and really working them over (even the tightness in my hip, which a lot of people don't address) I leave feeling great!

A friend and I recently visited Chicago from Michigan. I found Courtney on Google and had an outstanding experience. Location was clean, quiet and easily accessible from public transit. Courtney took the time to get to know us and where we hold our stress. Not only was she highly professional, but provided the best, most effective massage either of us has ever had. Highly recommend this for the person who's looking for relaxation and results vs. an average experience at a high frills "spa"

I booked Courtney for a full-body massage as a birthday gift for myself. She listened to what areas I wanted her to focus on and gave me a great massage. The studio also was confortable and inviting. I highly recommend her. (P.S. She does not talk your ear off if you don't want to chat!)

I've been seeing Courtney for over 2 years now. She is one of the best massage therapist I've ever been to. She has a great knowledge in body biomechanics and really works to improve muscle and overall body function. I've seen her to help manage my migraine headaches, and now she is helping me adjust to my prenatal body. You will be satisfied with the quality of massage that you receive!

I scheduled an "emergency" massage after I completed a recent half marathon. I had pushed myself a bit too hard and my legs, hips and lower back were on fire. I was able to describe my problem areas and Courtney went to work. Every single muscle felt relaxed after the session. Not only that, but Courtney showed me some great stretches to do before and after races to help keep my muscles healthy. Courtney is truly the best in the business....personable...knowledgeable... simply FANTASTIC!

Courtney is the best I have found and is a consummate professional - not only in the quality of the therapy she administers but also in the advice she has provided regarding maintenance of diet and exercise regimens.

Over multiple sessions, she has helped me uncover connections between speific life stressors and physical tension—beyond the obvious "hunching over a laptop = bad." Courtney has an uncanny ability to zero in on tense muscles and work on them until the tension is completely gone. I travel constantly and usually return from a trip with my muscles all in knots. Courtney always manages to fix that with a single massage therapy session.

As an endurance athlete, I have been going to Courtney for almost a year now for all my pre-race and post-race recovery massages. She incorporates deep tissue massage with stretching. I have seen significant improvements in my performance over the past year and I attribute a large portion of that to her. My legs recover quicker, which allows me to train longer and harder. Plus, she is an extremely down to earth person and makes the entire experience relaxing and comfortable.
