I received a spray tan from Diona Ayers on May 8th and it was my first time visiting your salon. I have gone to other places before for a spray tan, because I can’t naturally tan, and I was nervous going this time because it was for my graduation from Columbia College. Diona was AMAZING! My tan turned out wonderful! I got more complements on this tan than any other that I have had before. I will be back for more!

The salon was very clean and professional, with calming soft background music. Kayla, Diona and Kelly were all patient to answer my questions since this was my first visit. I had dermaplaning and facial waxing and eyelash extensions. My face looks and feels baby soft and I love the natural look of the lashes. I am coming back next month to repeat the process.

I arrived 30 minutes early mainly because I wasn't sure where the building was and I wanted to give myself time to find it. There was a customer that hadn't arrived yet whom the lady behind the counter was waiting on. I was happy to wait till my appointment time but she took me first. She seemed to be rushing and she left a lot of hair under my lower lip and some hair was left behind on my neck.

I came in for my first ever bikini wax! I was very nervous and scared that it would be painful. I saw Diona who did an awesome job! Not only did she ease my nerves when I was there, she contacted me ahead of time to assure me everything would be fine. She was very professional and made the process such a breeze. I booked an appointment with Kelly after my normal girl left town. I was really happy with the results, I've been waxing for over 10 years and this was one of the more comfortable experiences. The wax she used was different than wax I've ever had, it made it much less severe when she went to remove the strips. Highly recommended and will be coming back in the future.

I get really good service with my lash extensions but this visit there were young kids watching a movie in the waiting area. I was told it was the owner's children and it was spring break... So? It was freaky having the classical music with the Spy Kids soundtrack playing over it... I know it's difficult to be a working Mom but it's not ok to leave your young children in a waiting room while you are behind closed doors elsewhere in the building.

I have a Brazilian wax w/ Susan roughly every 4 wks, and it's always an amazing experience. I made the mistake of going elsewhere once when I couldn't get in w/ Susan & I'm still paying the price. Great Place! I have tried several procedures. Brazilian Wax.is fabulous. Susan is the best. Dermistique has great products for sale also. If anyone ever has ingrown hairs from shaving or waxing great product forsale to prevent them. I plan on trying airbrush tanning next.

I love Dermistique. After years of trying different spas for bikini waxes, I now couldn't imagine going to anyone but Susan. I get a Brazilian wax every two weeks (sometimes once a month) and Susan makes it as pleasant as it could be. I've been using Dermistique for eyebrow tinting, and absolutely love it. The tint is made specifically for eyebrows and it lasts 2 weeks. I have recently had 2 bridal makeup sessions done by Diona. She did such a great job at finding out what I was hoping for (I.e. to get rid of that dull, awful winter skin dullness and to feel refreshed) and delivering exactly that and so much more! On top of that, the upper body massage was awesome...the hot towel foot wrap was awesome. The extractions aren't awesome feeling, but they really aren't bad at all! I love Dermistique for waxing, and I'm excited to try other treatments, but I was recently disappointed w/ my chemical peel. I got the Sensi-Peel. It was a pleasant, relaxing treatment that was over quickly (just 20 min). I wish it had lasted longer! Also no one told me I couldn't shower or use make-up for a day to two days after! I had plans for that day. My skin felt smooth, but I broke out a couple days later and it had little affect. It's not worth the price. Next time I'm trying a facial!

This was my first visit to Dermistique as I am new to town. Kayla did an excellent job! I have been waxing regularly for years and have used several different aestheticians. My most recent girl took an hour (usually) and Kayla took only 20 minutes and did a perfect job! Very professional and comfortable with only minimal pain! I highly recommend! Just a warning: I have been getting waxed for a while so if you are a first-timer, it does hurt more until you get conditioned to it.

I had the eye lash extensions done and they are beautiful! The experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a few minutes. There was a warm bed, a pillow under your knees and a comfortable pillow for your neck. Kayla was very sweet and did a fabulous job!

My facial was with Laura and it was one of the best facials I've had. I loved they way my face felt afterwards. I've been places that put too many different products on your face and they start peeling off but that didn't happen here. I loved the hot towels on the feet! I've never had that with a facial before. I don't live in Columbia but will probably make time for another facial when I visit!

This was the best bikini waxing experience I've ever had. Susan was professional, considerate and friendly. The experience was far less painful than usual because of her skill (and I'm talking a Brazilian here). I was very impressed with the room, the varieties of wax used to best suit the skin, and the calming products that were both applied after. I also had my underarms waxed for the first time, and I've heard that it's normally extremely painful, but I barely felt anything. I'll be back!

Yesterday was my first trip to Dermistique, testing the waters trying to find someone in this town who actually knows how to arch and eye brow. And after all of my bad experiences with my eye brows i have to say that i walked away from there beaming. I would really reccomend this to any of my friends, and honestly i already have. if you haven't had good experiences with waxing before, i would definitely suggest giving it a second chance at dermistique. i'm really glad i did.

I had a good experience with my bikini wax. I loved how professional and clean the setting is. Laura was very knowledgable and quick, trying to make the experience as painless as possible. This was my first time and i got several red welts immediately after which then turned to white bumps. She informed me that this happens sometimes and that exfoiating helps a lot. She also gave me free samples of antibacterial cream to help with this. I would go back. I am less impressed with my eyebrow arch.

Susan really does a quality job on my eyelashes. Before going to Susan I ahd been going somewhere else in Columbia that I was not impressed with at all. The other place would get glue on my skin, glue on extensions sideways. and clump extensions all together! Susan takes the time to place each extension on the individual lash like it is suppossed to be done. She is comitted to making her work the best Columbia has to offer. Go to Susan if you want it done right every time!

I have gotten three or four brazillian waxes done by Susan. I've tried going other places, but I keep coming back to her. Other places can be uncomfortable or even degrading. I had this done at another salon several months ago and was hesitant to try again because of the experience: the waxer was not very personal and I did NOT feel at ease. Ladies, you are missing out if you are not getting these ultra-natural looking eyelash extensions. I first got them for my wedding and didn't have to worry about running mascara. They lasted through my honeymoon at the beach and I loved how my eyes sparlkled in all the pictures even if I wasn't wearing make up. Susan is an artist when it comes to applying them. I have had 2 services by Susan and they just make me feel so feminine. Susan is so professional and gentle with her soft, petite fingers. I am a regular customer and drive almost 200 miles to be pampered by Susan. You should try it. Start with a simple service like the makeup application, eyelash extensions, or a relaxing facial. You'll be happy you did.

MY FRIST VISIT TO DERMISTIQUE. THE BRAZILIAN WAX WAS AWESOME. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS COZY AND RELAXED. I WAS REFERRED FROM A FRIEND AND BEST REFERRAL I HAVE EVER BEEN GIVEN. WILL GO NOWHERE ELSE IN FUTURE. NOW DROOLING OVER ALL THE FACIALS AND CANT WAIT TO TRY ONE. PRICES WERE VERY ECONOMICAL COMPARED TO OTHER SALONS. HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT BRAGGED ABOUT HER SALON SINCE MY VISIT!!!!

I've been going to Susan for underarm and bikini waxes for a few years now. I've tried three other people in the past, but her waxes are hands-down the least painful. Her technique is awesome. I won't go to anyone else--if she's not available, I just do without. Had a facial with her for the first time , and it was fantastic. Would definitely do it again.

Susan is amazing. I had a bikini wax and it was much quicker and no where near as painful than I had expected. The place looks great. It clean and cute. I will definitely go back again and recommend it to others in the future.
