All Ways Wellness is wonderful

I'd recommend Rebecca for acupuncture. She has helped me with chronic pain from scoliosis. She is knowledgeable, incredibly caring, a good listener and has a good bedside manner. Fantastic

Rebecca is tremendous! She does an excellent job of identifying what your needs are and helping to relieve those issues. My wife has been to several other acupuncurists and she says that Rebecca is by far the best. I have only been to Rebecca and could not see myself going to anyone else!

Knowledeable and skilled practioner

I had a massage with Ashley and it was perfect. I even sent my boyfriend in the next day for one. We both have very different porblem areas and Ashley was able to pinpoint all of these needs without us even having to verbalize them. The pricing is also very fair and there are economical packages for those wanting to make massage a regular part of their life. I will definitely go back soon. The estethician there was also highly recommended to me, but I have yet to go for those services.

Best massage I ever had

I highly recommend taking sore back and tired bones to Mercy Pozgay. This was the best full body massage I have ever had. Took the stress away almost the minute she laid a warm pressure pad across the small of my back. I booked another one right away!

Peaceful

I had a good time in my massage. I've only had a handful in my time n this was one of my favorites. She was good at catering to me n my areas. She also worked my butt a lot. None of the other massages really touch the butt n I must say I liked it! Lot of muscles there so that was a nice touch.

First Time - Very impressed

Ashley is amazing! I have had many massages in my life by both skilled and rather unskilled professionals and Ashley is among the top! In my first experience with her, I can Ashley has fantastic technique - both deep, working through tissue, yet soothing, very fluid movements. She knows her anatomy and can really work to break tight areas. She may look small and slim, but she has tremendous strength and power. I have no idea how she does it! Definitely visiting again.

Ohhhh!! Merci is the best in town!

Merci gives the BEST massage in Portland! She can work out any issues, soccer injuries, stiff hands, tense muscles, back and neck. I have to set at least 10 minutes before I can drive because my entire body is so relaxed. Another great thing about Merci is the fact she doesn't need to talk the whole time so I can truely relax.

The massage and Summer Knight were great!

Summer listens to what the customer wants and adjusts her massage to what is ideally suited for them. I came in with tons of stress and muscle tension and left with the tension dissipated and feeling much more relaxed and centered. As Summer said, it is like a download for the body. It was totally worth it, and I could not recommend this massage more highly.

Neck Pain Relief!

Fantastic Massage

I received a 2 hour massage from Ashley Saturday that was by far one of the best massages I have ever received. I am a dancer, Pilates studio owner, yogi, and I had a severe spasm. Effective, Relaxing, Spectacular. Amazing.

I met Rebecca Hurwood through martial arts training (Poekoelan Tjimindie Tulen) where she was an advanced student, and one of my instructors. Through this connection, I also learned that Rebecca was an acupuncturist and massage therapist. The best massage I've ever had!

I have scoliosis and arthritis in my spine. I went to Summer Knight for some relief from pain and stiffness. She is very knowledgeable of techniques used in many countries for excellent massage and has amazing strength yet tenderness in her hands. Rebecca is absolutely amazing at her job. Not only is she experienced and skilled at acupuncture, but she really takes the time and effort to make you feel more like a friend than a patient. She understands and treats your specific ailment, and your overall wellness. My appointments generally follow the same patter: Enter, get 'poked' - fall asleep on the comfy heated table - wake up for some massage work on the effected body part! Go see this woman! She rocks! Ashley is the best!

I'm A Believer!

Rebecca is the best!! Relief at last!

For several years I've had on/off again problems with extremely sore bursas (sp?) in my hips. I've seen a rheumatologist, an internist, had steroid injections, etc. I couldn't stay on my mattress over 5-6 hours without being wakened by the pain. I just finished my 4th or 5th weekly visit with Rebecca and the difference is absolutely amazing! I'm often sleeping 7-8 hours, am more relaxed, and am having pain only once in a great while. Rebecca is amazing! I am so thankful!!

Cold/Flu RELIEF!!

I have acupuncture treatments from Rebecca for neck pain and she has been able to give me back my quality of life. No more anti-inflamatories or Chiropractic visits. Recently I contracted a severe cold and nothing seemed to work for me. I spoke with Rebecca about it and she thought she could help. WOW, I am shocked at how much better I was the very next day. A lot of my coughing subsided and head congestion cleared up within 24 hours. AMAZING!!

I am a needlephobic person- and Rebecca got me thru it!!!

I NEVER thought I would be able to get thru acupuncture- I have always been terrified of needles. After hearing amazing things about how effective acupuncture is..... and becoming desperate..... I decided to give it a try. I made it thru, and truly believe I couldn't have done it w/out Rebecca. She's a wonderful human being! And I swear after 1 session I already feel results. Love Rebecca, acupuncturist

As a newcomer to Portland, and knowing no one here, I really relied on reviews. I have to say I really like the spa atmosphere, and think Rebecca my new acupuncturist is fabulous! She listens, gives great feedback, and does a nice job. I prefer the Japanese style of acupucture (less pain, less needle twiddling), and she is really sensitive to that. I'm definitely going back for my monthly tune-ups.

Great service, great bedside manner

Most effective acupuncture treatment I've had. Rebecca actively listens to what you're experiencing and makes you feel at ease. It was such a pleasure to really feel taken care of. Check out All Ways Well

If you have chronic pain then try acupunture. My visits and the Chinese herbs bring relief I have not found else where. The location is easy to get to and the room is relaxing and comfortable. And the treatments are amazing!
