Went to see Liz due to shoulder pain.In a few short visits she had it feeling much better. She found that most of the issues were located in my back! She has the knowledge, talent and ability to perform different types of therapy with positive results. Great experience.

I have been to several massage therapists and Liz is by far the best therapist I have ever had. She is incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and extremely talented. Selfishly, I hesitated at first to share my experience because I thought If everyone found out about her it would be harder for me to book an appointment. I chose to share it because she is just simply the best! You will not find anyone better than Liz.

Liz is without reservation, the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have been seeing her for years and never once have been disappointed by a session--she is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled in her field--I highly recommend her as a massage therapist...only wish she wasn't a half hour drive from me!

Liz quickly found the areas of my body that needed care and adjustment and provided me with immediate pain release. Liz also provided me with things I could do for myself to help heal those areas.

I will never see another massage therapist again after going to Liz! She takes the time to truly understand your discomfort and talks through how certain movements will help alleviate your issues. She has such knowledge of the different systems of the body, how everything is tied together, and spent time suggesting different yoga poses to continue the benefits from the massage at home.
