My wife has been working with Sam for almost two years and I have been thinking about going to Sam for quite some time. Karima and I buddy train now and it is amazing! K and I get to encourage each other and Sam puts together sessions that benefit us both. He is a thoughtful coach who takes the time out to create a program that will help you (and your partner) to achieve your full fitness potential. Sam is also a great person and someone that I am lucky to call a friend.
