Whenever I leave Libby's chair, I feel like a different woman! Even though she styles my hair better than I ever could, she cuts and textures it to the point where it looks amazing even when I let it air dry. I have Libby to a Keratin relaxing treatment on my frizzy, unmanageable curls, and instead of robbing me of my signature ringlets, I get lush, smooth, gorgeous locks that get LOTS of attention. When it comes to my mane, I put complete trust in Libby's abilities, and she never lets me down!

Libby was late for my appointment, but according to her coworkers (and my prior experience of her), this was extremely out of the ordinary for her. It turns out, she had the time wrong. She was very gracious and apologetic, and supportive of another stylist in the salon taking over with my color until she got there. Then she washed and blow dried my har and did a brief cut and did not charge me for it. All things considered, she handled the error professionally and graciously!

I really loved how Libby seemed to want to really understand my concerns about my hair color and cut, and went to great lengths to touch and examine my hair to determine what would be best for me. She seemed very passionate about her job, and that made me feel like I was in good hands. I have gone from blond to a darker color before and have never liked the results; Libby eased me into the change with a subtle darkening that ended up looking really good and making me happy with the results!

Her appointments are easy to book. She's very knowledgeable about the Davines products and I've noticed that my hair is much healthier after using these products!

I googled "best hairstylists in portland" which brought up Arabella. I chose Libby because she had great reviews. I had her cut off around 13 inches. I let her choose the style even! Needless to say, I LOVED my haircut. I have been recieving complements for the last month. My sister recently went there and loved it as well. I most highly recommend Arabella.
