I just went to Libby for the first time based on a terrific recommendation from a friend. I gave her my broad parameters and asked her to do what she thought looked best. She gave me an awesome haircut with some adorable bangs. She made sure I knew how to style them on my own and took the time to walk me through some product options. She's pleasant, knowledgeable, and perhaps most importantly, girl can cut hair!
