• Budget cleaning (5 hours) ($180.00)
  2 employees will stay in your home for 2.5 hours (5 labor hours). YOU will let us know your priorities for this cleaning but understand that in 2.5 labor hours, they will not be able to complete your full home. Not good on construction cleans.
• Package (3 cleanings) - Save! ($465.00)
  The regular fee for this package is at least $745 because the first time deep cleaning is $70 - $75 per hour. However, we are waiving the deep cleaning rate with this special. Buy 3 cleanings for $465. LIMIT: 2,500 square foot limit on this!
• 8 labor hours deep cleaning ($280.00)
  Employees will stay in your home and clean for 8 labor hours - 2 employees x 4 hours. They will complete as much as possible and if time allows, will clean the appliance of your choice. (Houses only---We no longer clean apartments or condos)
• 6 labor hours deep cleaning ($210.00)
  2 employees will clean for 3 hours (6 labor hours). Employees will complete as much as possible given the time limit. This is for houses only (we no longer service condos or apartments).
• Move in OR move out cleaning ($300.00)
  For homes between 2,100 - 3,000 square feet. Includes cleaning inside of oven, fridge and all cabinets. Houses only. We no longer clean condos or apartments.
• Move in/ move out cleaning II ($252.50)
  For homes between 1,200 - 2,000 square feet Includes cleaning inside of oven and fridge as well as cabinets. Houses only. We no longer clean condos or apartments.
• Gift Certificate ($250.00)
  Good for ANY event! Houses only -- 2,500 square foot limit! We'll send a minimum of 2 cleaning techs for this cleaning.
