I've been going to Charmin for a couple of years, for waxing and/or facial. She's the best aesthetician I've ever consulted, and I am reminded of this fact whenever circumstances and location force me to consult anyone else. In over 20 years of having body waxing done, I've NEVER had as good an experience anywhere as I have every single time Charmin does the job. Her facials are transportive and I learn something every single time.

I have been to atleast three different people to get the brazilian wax done. And Charmin is by far the best!!! She was full of information, which a lot of the other's lacked, she made sure that I was comfortable thoughtout the process, and just very down to earth! She explained the difference between the soft wax and the hard wax and as to why I was having the troubles that I having when the soft wax was used on me. This was my second time getting a brazilian. the first time was done at another salon, and while it wasn't terrible, it definitely a pleasant experience. At charmin's, from the time we stepped into the room, to the time I left, she was full of positive and comfortable conversation. I kid you not, this brazilian did not hurt ONE BIT! She uses HARDWAX which makes all of the difference in the world! I suggest going to her for any waxing needs. I will never use anyone else!!!

This was my first wax and I was nervous and not only did Charmin talk me through the whole thing but she kept me distracted but informed talking about different types of wax and the procedure the whole time so I wasn't thinking about the pain. NOT that it was as painful as I thought it'd be at all. Overall great experience and will definitely go back and recommend.

Charmin is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She spent time with me and even had a type of wax that was 10 times less painful than regular waxing. She knew how to work with my skin and where I was sensitive. She was extremely friendly and approachable about questions that would otherwise be embarrassing. She gave me a free sample of some skin care product and gave me a student discount for attending a university. Charmin is AMAZING!!!! I recommend her to everyone!

This was my first bikini wax, therefore I was very nervous! Charmin was beyond great! I did not feel uncomfortable in the least. As far as pain goes, it was not near as bad as I expected. She is very interested in your comfort and makes it as least painful as possible. I will definitely return!

I have been wanting to get a brazilian wax for a very long time but have been nervous, not about the pain, but the awkwardness of someone seeing me down there! Charmin made me feel very comfortable and I am so pleased with the result. I will definitely be going back in 4-6 weeks for another one! She uses hard wax for the bikini area, which makes it a lot less painful than soft wax. Charmin did an amazing job on my full leg and Brazilian wax! It was a little over 90 minutes and very painless in comparison to other waxes I've received. Due to a rare skin disorder, I had to have a Brazilian Wax. Let me tell you the professionalism, compassion and courtesy put this GUY at ease. Charmin was great, and it was not that bad. The procedure was very tolerable, and she made sure i was comfortable with her. Great treatment, I highly reccomend if you are a guy for whatever reason you want/have to have some type of waxing done. Please do yourself a favor and see Charmin, it will be worry free.

Before my visit with Charmin, I only waxed my eyebrows. I couldn't imagine having my bikini area waxed since it was so painful to have my brows waxed (not by Charmin). I was tired of the constant irritation from shaving my bikini area so I decided to bite the bullet and have a bikini wax. It wasn't bad at all! Charmin is very calming and the procedure itself was nothing like having my eyebrows waxed. I am so pleased and will definitely return.

I'd never been waxed (with the exception of my eyebrows) and was very nervous about the entire process of a bikini or brazilian wax. I had read so many horror stories, so I was very reluctant to give either a try. But Charmin changed that! She made me so comfortable on the phone that I decided to give it a shot. Charmin uses hard wax which is the ONLY WAY TO GO for our bikini waxing needs. Seriously. Less painful, more effective. Also, I went in for the first time and had a brazillian-- had a painful waxing experience recently at another outfit and came in a little tense. Charmin put me at ease and had me laughing hysterically the whole time... Didn't believe that were even possible for such a thing!

I have been coming to Charmin for several years for facials. She really takes pride in what she does and she knows her stuff! The atmosphere is very relaxing and she makes you feel at home. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. She works wonders on my skin and also gives me tips on things that I can do at home in between services. Charmin was amazing!. This was my first hard wax experience (other than attempting it myself) and I must say I do prefer it over soft wax. She claims to be painless, but that's pretty much impossible when ripping hair out, but she did make it as pleasant as possible. The only con about hard wax is that it does take a bit longer, so make sure to have 40-45 min dedicated to it, especially the first time. I totally recommend the full brazilian w/ Charmin.

I would definitely go back to Charmin for my waxing. She uses hard wax, which hurt about 1/4 the amount of soft wax. Also, she takes sanitary precautions and NEVER double-dips. Definitely check her out (in Kira Nailtique) if you need any waxing done. She is entirely professional and gets just about every single hair. She also gives a great student discount. Thanks, Charmin!

Charmin is absolutely fantastic! I received a Brazilian wax and she did a wonderful job. She walks you through the entire process so that you will know exactly what to expect. Not only that, she is very kind, social, and doesn't make situation awkward at all! I highly recommend her!

This was my first Brazilian wax, and it really did not hurt at all!!! She did a great job and the environment was very calming and very clean. Great customer service! I will definitely be going back. She uses hard wax where it does not pull the skin just the hair. also very economical everyhwere else is 90 and up that was just to expensive for me. the 60 dollars was much better for me. She used a special oil to prevent ingrown hairs. I recommend her 100%!! I will be going back.

This was my very first Brazilian wax, and I loved it! Charmin was great. She offers impeccable customer service, and surperb professional skills. It is her policy to make sure every customer is satisfied! I will definitely be returning, and I advise you to try her Charmin's services as well. The Brazilian is only $60, and this includes and oil used to prevent ingrown hairs. Seriously, it didn't hurt a bit once the hair was removed. The wax doesn't pull the skin, just the hair. 100% recommend

Charmin was wonderful! I not worried/anxious about my return for my maintenance appt. I did all of the research possible and everything I could find was most positive for Charmin. She was right, the hard wax made all the difference in the world. I've had both soft and hard and Charmin rocked the hard. She made the experience worth every dollar.

Charmin is very knowledgable, and very skilled in her profession. She does a wide variety of waxing. The first thing she did was ask me a) if i had been waxed before, and b) the reaction of my skin. I would recommend her to someone going to be waxed for the first time, and they will be hooked! She also guarantees the waxing for an ample amount of time, which is a great thing!
