My visit was the first and the LAST! This computer appointment system is stupid.Being a first time customer I thought I had an appointment only to ARRIVE there and find out that I didnt and the stylist had email me a very nice nasty response when she could've called and/or offered me another date and time. Another stylist was kind enough to offer me the next day only to FORGET my appoint and had me wait 1 1/2 hrs til she came in. I also sat under the dryer too long will she had her hair done

The wonderful snow delayed everyone but that didn't stop Nyea from being on her A game. I wanted color but she advised against it within good reason. I mentioned my daughters hair trials and although she had yet to meet her she advised me of what she would do to treat her hair. This was my first time coming to the salon and Nyea just gained herself two new clients!

New Customer
I got there at 12pm and didn't leave the shop until 5:15..UGH! One thing I hate more than any is a stylist that books too many clients back to back. Well I guess the good thing is my hair did look great. Hopefully the next will be better. Folks have things to do...they don't have all day to sit in a salon getting their hair done.

Lanita scheduled me for a super convenient time; the atmosphere was calm & relaxing with appropriate music and non-offensive conversation; I was treated with courtesy and congenial professionalism; all of my questions answered and concerns addressed...what more is there? (smile) Oh-my style was sharp! I recommend this shop & this stylist.
