I had Kristen- she found a pregnancy wedge to accomodate my growing belly; you can tell when a person has PT experience b/c the massage was focused, deep, and exactly where I needed it. She listened well. the only bummer is that I had a 90 minute massage and she finished after an hour and 15 min :)

I feel like a new woman!
Doug did a fantastic job. My massage was very effective. If you are looking for a spa like super relaxing place, this is not it. The walls were thin and I could hear voices from the next room. But if you want a massage that will make you feel like a new person, this is it, and Doug Kruegar is your man.

Great Sports Massage from Rhonda
Got a great sports massage from Rhonda. She worked out the knots in my sore muscles abused by distance running. It was the perfect balance of DEEP tissue and relaxing. So I left feeling flexible and refreshed.

Fastest 90 minutes of my life
JoAnn was fantastic! She was skilled and professional throughout the process. She would often check in with me to be sure that she was using the right amount of pressure, which I definitely appreciated. The only down side to the appointment was that it didn't last longer. Definitely recommend
Rhonda is wonderful. She took great care to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the entire 90-min session and the positive effects of her work can still be felt days later. The one thing I would say is, particularly on weekends, leave yourself time to get lost. The suite is in what looks to be exclusively a real estate office (but of course, is not actually) and the suite phone number is to the sports therapists, not Longmont Massage. Luckily, Rhonda called to make sure I knew where to go!

Very skilled professional

This was an overall wonderful experience. Excellent massage, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was freezing in the room and the music they played was not to my liking. The bed was warm so most people probably wouldn't notice the chill in the room but I chill easily.

Ann knows body alignment, function and muscle interaction very well. She puts 110% into sessions & gives follow up advice for stretches and posture considerations to continue the work done in her session. I've had many massages in 20 years and she's tops! Highly recommended.

Kristen Planer is wonderful!

Intuitive massage...best I've ever had.

Kristen has saved my shoulders!
I first met Kristen when she worked on my daughter who has had major surgeries. My pain in my shoulders were restricting movement so I decided to get a massage as well. She did miracles! She doesn't have to ask many questions she can detect with her hands. She is also so caring and positive it is great just to be with her, you will definitely feel better.

Fantastic, Immediate Improvement
Only one session and I was helped immediately. I was able to run a long grueling race at altitudes of over 10,000 feet without restrictions in breathing, and all at a 7minute mile pace. Couldn't have done it without her.

Recommend a visit
Henry is skilled and provides great pain relief for my frozen shoulder. The shoulder is loosening up and am pleased with our progress. He uses good pressure and knows what he is doing. Great job!
