It's very great that you offer 15 min for free and I feel grateful for that but I didn't get so much out of the phonecall that I haven't already found in other places. And as James Nolan himself said it's only a 15 min thing so he hadn't read through all of my stuff which I can understand at the same time that didn't give me so much new feedback.

initially i was not expecting much from first phone conversation with Mr. Nolan as this was my first time. but i was pleasantly surprised by the depth of knowledge he had. Not only he understood my unique situation, but he promptly offered me possible solutions that can help me solve those problem. very systematic and thoruough in his answers.

Mr. Nolan and his team assisted me with my visa procedure which was successfully completed a couple of months ago. I also signed up for the free telephone consultation, and again had a very positive experience and can therefore recommend his services. Mr. Nolan was not only very knowledgeable and helpful but went out of his way to assist me and provide me with additional information.

Mr. Nolan is very generous and considerate that gives us a chance to have a free 15-minute consulting session. Talking through translation by his Japanese assistant, he cleared all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I feel they work well together and have warm atmosphere from their positive and sincere attitude. I am really glad to know about him.

I thought it was very generoud for James to offer a free 15 minute consultation. I even got a reminder for the call a day before. James is boviously very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to helping his clients with visas. I wish him luck.
