I have had nothing but great experiences with the team at Carolina Pines Med Spa. Botox was the first service I tried. I was nervous, but the results took years of stress from my brow. I later tried a little extra lip with restylane. Each treatment created a natural but refreshed me. Recently I tried facial laser tightening. Although I have only had one treatment I can actually see a difference! I cannot wait to see what future treatments will accomplish!!

I've been seeing Julianna for laser hair removal on my legs, under arms, and bikini. After about 7 or 8 treatments, there is almost no hair left at all. Staff is always friendly and professional and I am EXTREMELY happy with the results. Highly recommended!

This was by far the best massage that I have ever had! Relaxing AND effective. I have been to many places that ask if there is a certain area bothering me, but then don't actually attempt to release the knots. Here, not only were the requested areas addressed, but my therapist was able to identify a couple of other problem spots and work them out, without me having to say anything! Will be going again and even thinking about checking out some of their other services.

I have suffered bad acne since I was 13. I went from OTC medications to dermatologist and nothing worked or either it had serious side effects. I looked up Carolina med spa on the internet in hopes of taking another route for skin care. The ladies there are so nice and welcoming, they put me on a pevonia skin care product and gave me advice on how to treat my skin. My skin has never been clearer since I was 15, and I'm 26 now.

I never feel uncomfortable--it is just a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Definitely would recommend it for someone looking for Laser Hair Removal. I am still so relaxed and those "problem spots" are no longer bothering me! For the first time in a while, I went all day without a headache! Ive been to many med spas, here and in other states. Carolina Pines is by far the best. I've never seen anyone work harder at pleasing her clients than Julianna. I've had Botox, peels, laser on my face and fillers. I was thrilled with all of them. Paula is the best at what she does and I trust her 100%. Julianna is fantastic! She makes me feel very comfortable and always answers any questions I may have. I am beyond happy with my laser hair removal results so far! My husband was suffering from horrible back pain and after one deep tissue massage from Julianna it reduced significantly. Fantastic pricing, helpful staff, prompt and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any of their services if you're looking for outstanding results in a relaxing environment for a great price.

I have been having problems with neck, shoulder, and back pain. I went to the Carolina Pines Med Spa for a deep tissue massage. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. I was greeted before I ever made it fully in the door. I left an hour later feeling better than I had in months. The price was Fair and the service OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend and will be going back very soon!

Juliana did laser hair removal for me and I couldn't believe how quick it was! She did everything below the belt and she was so easy to talk to that you forget that you’re not wearing pants, haha. The facial was done by Crystal and took about an hour. It was very relaxing and felt good on my face. Crystal was very good. The staff seemed very knowledgable and nice. I had no reaction to the products and I have a lot of skin allergies. I just wish the facial was a little cheaper so that I can get it done more often.

What a great experience I received last week! I had several procedures done in two days. Now that it is 10 days later, I can say I'm so pleased. Only thing I would recommend, since I had several procedures done, I needed some type written instructions to follow after leaving the Spa. My back had been killing me for the last couple of months and I hadn't gotten to see Kate since Sept. I got lucky and was able to get an 90min appointment with her. Kate remembered me and quickly put me at ease. Kate remembered my previous injuries and tender joints, she was very careful to work around them. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and my therapist even went over 5 minutes, so I got the full 90 minutes. Enjoyed a great massage with Jessie that left me feeling very relaxed. My only complaint was the music that played during my massage. The first cd that played had several songs with a more upbeat tempo that did not lend themselves to a relaxing atmosphere. The music had a lot of flute music in it and it just wasn't calming. Also, the music stopped during the massage and Jessie had to leave the room to make sure another cd was played.

The facility is not a huge behemoth on an estate in the woods charging exorbitant prices but the quality of the massage that I received sure did feel like it. I returned the following week for the botox injection. The procedure was almost painless and the staff was very informative, preparing me for every stick. I enjoyed the results of my Botex treatment. When I first came in the receptionist told me the cost was $150.00 for the spot on my forehead, and when I came for treatment the nurse practitioner told me it was $240.00. I ended up paying $210.00, The cost was still less than I though it would be and will be going back to get my eyes done in two weeks. Great people, very nice and professional. just be prepared for a little higher cost that you are originally told.

I was scared to have my tattoo removed but I hated the way it looked. It was A LOT less painful than I was expecting and it was so fast! I can't believe it only took Juliana 15 seconds to laser my tattoo. I thought it would hurt when I woke up today and nothing, no pain. I went back to CP due to Juliana, but was unable to schedule with her. She is afterall, that popular. Instead, I was able to schedule with Gloria and she turned out to be great. I just recently had shoulder surgery and my physical therapist recommended adding massage therapy to my recovery program. It worked, to say the least. I will probably be heading back in another day or so to get therest of the scar tissue and soreness worked out. Thanks guys!

I could barely get out of bed with lower back and neck pain. A trip to the chiropractor was warranted, with a visit to Juliana Norris beforehand to warm up my shoulders and back muscles. CP Medspa has a new look and a new attitude. It is beautiful and the staff wonderful.

My wife scheduled me a deep tissue massage as a gift before my deployment. It was a great idea and a great massage. Best for lactic acid release and tight muscles, as it is deeper than a standard massage.

The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing. I really enjoyed speaking with Catherine as she took the time to talk about my skin as well as explain what other products might help it - without pushing their line of products. She ensured I was comfortable the entire time. The whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. This was the best facial I have had in a long time - I know that I'll be back again!

I went in for my first ever colon hydrotherapy session yesterday with Catherine. What I had expected to be awkward or even painful was neither of those. Catherine was professional explaining the process before, during and after but more important, she was very personable and made the entire experience positive. I highly recommend having this service done at Carolina Pines MedSpa. I know I'll be back.

My face was a horrible mess with acne and cysts. Thanks to Dr. Shusko and his wonderful staff my skin looks so good I don't even have to wear make-up anymore! Juliana Norris is giving me laser hair removal treatments. I love not having to shave, it is a blessing every morning to wake up with smooth skin. All of the staff at the Medspa are so easy to talk to and sweet. I look forward to seeing them every appointment.

I was in week 12 of a 18 week marathon training schedule. My hips and IT bands hurt and were very tight. After just 1 visit I was feeling like I did in week 1, ran a easy 19 on that Sat, ready for marathon in four. I highly recommend her for any one.
