Zoom Impressions

I purchased a groupon for a much needed detail. When I called to make my appointment I was brushed off and told to make my appointment online. I got the impression my call annoyed the man who answered the phone. When I went online to schedule, the soonest appointment was about 5 weeks out. A week before my appointment I received an email that all appointments would have to be rescheduled, and this week Groupon tells me Zoom is no longer accepting the groupons purchased. quite shady!
