Great intro to acupuncture
This was my first experience with acupuncture. Tom's explanation of the procedure (verbal & written) was great. I have high hopes for future visits and already believe in it's power to relieve stress and anxiety. The 30 minutes massage afterwards was icing on top of the cake.

Very relaxing
Tom was great and did put me into a very relaxed state. Kristi was wonderful to work with as well and gave me recommendations on how to help with my wrist pain. Highly recommend following acupuncture with a massage!

Met All Expectations
There were no surprises and Tom Cohen is a true professional. He took the time to explain the procedure. This was my first experience with accupuncture and I will go back for more treatments. He understood my issues and pinpointed the neccesary treatment, including massage.

Great experience!

Christy is amazing!!!
Upon walking into the front door, I was immediately put in a relaxful state. The lighting, decor, music and intimate setting was the perfect backdrop. Christy did an excellent job working out the knots in my back and shoulders. Her hands, while strong, were gentle and therapeutic. Hands down, one of the best massages I've ever had!

I felt renewed after a wonderful massage!
My Therapist, Christy knew just where to focus to help my numb hands and tight upper back. Her expertise and knowledge was just what I needed following a very tough 10 hour work assignment.

Great experience
I had purchased a massage and acupuncture through Groupon in hopes of seeing if the acupuncture could aleviate the pain in my arm. When I got there Tom thoroughly explained the acupuncture process to help me understand the process. He then proceeded and I found it to be fairly relaxing as well as helping relieve my pain. When I left my arm felt much better and I felt relaxed.

My massage
I saw Christy Ross yesterday for a 30 minute massage that I purchased through Groupon. When I came in I was in so much pain - my neck and left shoulder, so Christy concentrated on that area (I've been in pain for weeks). I hurt so bad last night that I actually cried once, but this morning I woke up feeling great. I will definitely be a return customer.

It works
For those of you skeptical of acupuncture - be a skeptic no more. I walked into Tom's office with acupuncture being the choice of last resort to treat post operative pain, remaining for a year. With two sessions - pain is at a minimum, if present at all! Tom was completely informative, caring, ensured my concerns and areas of discomfort were identified to promote my wellbeing!

AWESOME TREATMENT
Just recieved my first treatment for quitting smoking. This has been hard to do, Ive tried almost everything- No success. I the treatment relaxed the uneasy energy that is filling the smoking void. Great Experience!
I received acupuncture and massage from Tom. He was extremely thorough, comfortable and knowledgeable about his craft. Though I'm still not sure if acupuncture is for me, he was hands down one of the best Masseuses I have been to. I look forward to trying out some of the other services Insight Wellness offers.

Very Professional
Tom was extremely professional and courteous. The massage was not the best I've ever had, but it was overall a good value for the experience. I didn't feel any more relaxed after the acupuncture.

Very pleased. I had never had acupuncture before and truely do not like needles. Tom Cohen was great in explaining the difference between needles that a doctor uses for injecting medicine and the needles used in acupuncture. The procedure was great and the massage was perfect. I would recommend Insight Wellness for at least a session or two with Tom.

Genuine Concern
I have chronic pain & went Insight Wellness for acupuncture. I have never had acupuncture before. The provider, Tom Cohen, patiently explained the procedure & addressed all of my ..concerns. He was polite, professional & had a great personality. The procedure was relatively pain free. Tom showed genuine concern for my overall well being. I would recommend Insight Wellness to my family, friends & anyone in need of relief.

Knowledgeable & Professional
Tom Cohen is a rare combination of practitioner and teacher. Not once did I have to wonder what he was doing or why, and the results are "detoxifying!" HA! As a sufferer of advanced cartilge loss in my shoulder, I was thrilled that he took extra time to address the root cause, and not just manage the pain (although he did that, too!)

Fabulous!
After just a 1/2 hour massage, I found Tom to be so very knowledgeable and professional. I cannot wait to try Accupuncture with him! Ive had massages elsewhere, but nobody has ever loosened my neck like he did-for the first time in years I'm relatively pain free!

Acupuncture + Massage - A wonderful combination
I was extremely pleased with Tom's professionalism during my acupuncture and massage appointment. I saw his business on Groupon and decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed. He was very patient in explaining the process and I was comfortable at all times. Needless to say, I will be going back.

Acupunture!
I have very impressed that Tom worked with me (and others) in order to use our Groupon's we had purchased. He extended the deadline and was very accommodating. I was a little disappointed I couldn't use the massage part, but he let me utilise 3 acupunture sessions rather than 2 - which in fact worked out better for me. Not your everyday massage
I'm a pretty beefy guy and I like deep pressure in a massage. Tom Cohen can crank it up like few if any I've ever met. Don't let this scare you, the dial is adjustable -it's just that for me I've rarely found anyone - males or female who can deliver the goods like Tom. If you want a REAL massage see Tom.

For our honeymoon, we used 2 Groupons for both myself and my new hubbie! He explained everything to us and once we began the accupunture and massage, we were hooked! Tom was very understanding once I purchased the Groupons and took the time to assist me in getting 2 appointments back to back for both my husband and I. A great way to relieve stress - Tom is AWESOME!!!!
I made 2 visits with the Groupon that I purchased. Tom really made me feel at ease and truly helped me relax - hard to do as a mom of 2 boys that also works in Advertising :) I had never experienced acupuncture before - it's AWESOME!! A great non medical way to relax and relieve pain associated with stress. I would highly recommend him.

Chilly room, massage portion-wonderful
My first accupunture. Tom was very cordial, professional and explained everything in detail. I didn't notice a benefit from the accupunture but the massage portion was wonderful and felt too short. I suppose massages are just more beneficial for me. However, I was shivering through accupunture time and that may have been the reason it had no beneficial effect. Next time, I will request a blanket at the start, hoping it will make the difference in my experience.

Tom made me feel very welcome and for my first experience with acupuncture he really made me feel at ease. I had the stress relief session which was amazing followed by a 30-minute massage - it was great and I felt totally relaxed!

Wish I had started going sooner!
Tom was wonderful and professional. I had acupuncture and a message. The table was very comfortable and the room had a nice feeling to it. I have a hard time relaxing, but I found myself totally relaxed during and after our session. I have recommended Tom to my friends and would recommend him to you.

Accomodating and Helpful
I accidentally arrived at the wrong time, but Mr. Cohen immediately said, "that's ok, we can make this work." It was my first experience with accupuncture so he took his time explaining the procedure and what to expect. I had a stress-relief session and, though I didn't know what to expect, felt completely relaxed by the time the session was over. Looking forward to returning soon.

Tom's practice is superb. He is very knowledgeable and professional, his location is convenient and his room is clean and comfortable. As a highly competitive athlete I found his method of acupuncture/massage very beneficial to my overworked muscles and I highly recommend his services.

So glad I did!
I purchased Accupunture/Massage for my husband as a gift because several people had suggested we try it for pain management. Knowing it usually takes several sessions to see results, he was noticeably improved when we left the office and it has sustained itself for days since. We can't wait for the next appointment.
And Tom is AMAZING! He's a very caring, knowledgeable professional. We traveled 2 hours to see him adn we'll continue to do so!

Therapist was great, explained acupuncture to me as I had never done it before. It was relaxing and peaceful, didn't hurt at all. Massage afterwards was good as well. I would recommend Insight Wellness to others.

Insight Wellness through Groupons
I initially went to Insight Wellness because I had a Groupon coupon. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The therapist explained to me the procedure. He checked on me during the acupuncture time. He answered all of my questions about acupuncture. The massage was great. It left me calm and relaxed. I would return without a Groupon.

The therapist explained step by step what he is doing, also talked about what acupuncture is and how it can help you. I liked that he gave me the option to choose the type of treatment I felt would be best for me. Overall excellent expereince!

Pleasantly different
I never had accupuncture before so after the session I didn't know what to think. I loved the way Tom explained everything and left me to formulate my own opinions. I think I felt differently BUT I know I slept better. I got home at 5:30 and took a "nap." I didn't wake up until the next morning! That was the best rest I have EVER had!

Tom did a wonderful job of talking things over and explaining everything before he even began. He also walks you through the process as you go through the acupuncture ad massage. Very responsive to what his clients need! Would highly recommend him and will return!

FANTABULOUS!!!
I am 31 weeks pregnant and went in for pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain. The acupuncture and massage is already helping. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and talked to me a long time to tailor my treatment to be safe for the baby. I felt that I was in good hands and can't wait to go back in two weeks again.

I don't have insurance so I wasn't given the priority in terms of the healthcare system. My last resort was "I.W." Tom was very professional as well as informative.
