Tom was great to get my son and I in at the last min. I had treatment in my sore knees and they felt better for a short time. I am sure it takes more treatment to help severly achy knees. Very hard appointment to get but once there I found Tom Cohen to be very knowledgeable and caring about his patients. I had the relaxation treatment and felt great following the visit and throughout the day! I recommend acupuncture to everyone for anything as simple as relaxing and reducing stress to pain management, and even in helping with more serious conditions.

Not the easiest appointment to get! But like they say some things are worth the wait! This was my 1st time to do Acupuncture and I must say it was a lot different than I expected. After 1 visit I have felt more relief than when I have visited the chiropractor. I am not sure how long the treatment will last. But so far so good! I got this treatment because of a Groupon; a very good way to try something about which I'd been curious. I can't compare Tom to anyone else and I will say that the experience was overall a good one. I'm not sure I've every felt quite so relaxed. I'm not sure the experience carried over beyond but I'm going back again for another treatment.

I recently purchased a groupon for an hour acupuncture session followed by a 30-minute massage. I had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival I was told the acupuncture session would just be a relaxation one - rather than one directed to a personal ailment - and it was certainly that. I woke myself up 3 times snoring!!!!! The procedure of the needles was carefully explained and didn't hurt a bit. After the acupuncture session, I experienced the most delightful shouder/neck massage ever.

Upon walking into the front door, I was immediately put in a relaxful state. The lighting, decor, music and intimate setting was the perfect backdrop. Christy did an excellent job working out the knots in my back and shoulders. Her hands, while strong, were gentle and therapeutic. Hands down, one of the best massages I've ever had! I had purchased a massage and acupuncture through Groupon in hopes of seeing if the acupuncture could aleviate the pain in my arm. When I got there Tom thoroughly explained the acupuncture process to help me understand the process. He then proceeded and I found it to be fairly relaxing as well as helping relieve my pain. When I left my arm felt much better and I felt relaxed.

For those of you skeptical of acupuncture - be a skeptic no more. I walked into Tom's office with acupuncture being the choice of last resort to treat post operative pain, remaining for a year. With two sessions - pain is at a minimum, if present at all! Tom was completely informative, caring, ensured my concerns and areas of discomfort were identified to promote my wellbeing!

Very pleased. I had never had acupuncture before and truely do not like needles. Tom Cohen was great in explaining the difference between needles that a doctor uses for injecting medicine and the needles used in acupuncture. The procedure was great and the massage was perfect. I would recommend Insight Wellness for at least a session or two with Tom.

Tom Cohen is a rare combination of practitioner and teacher. Not once did I have to wonder what he was doing or why, and the results are "detoxifying!" HA! As a sufferer of advanced cartilge loss in my shoulder, I was thrilled that he took extra time to address the root cause, and not just manage the pain (although he did that, too!)

I have very impressed that Tom worked with me (and others) in order to use our Groupon's we had purchased. He extended the deadline and was very accommodating. I was a little disappointed I couldn't use the massage part, but he let me utilise 3 acupunture sessions rather than 2 - which in fact worked out better for me. I'm a pretty beefy guy and I like deep pressure in a massage. Tom Cohen can crank it up like few if any I've ever met. My first accupunture. Tom was very cordial, professional and explained everything in detail. I didn't notice a benefit from the accupunture but the massage portion was wonderful and felt too short. I suppose massages are just more beneficial for me. However, I was shivering through accupunture time and that may have been the reason it had no beneficial effect. Next time, I will request a blanket at the start, hoping it will make the difference in my experience.

I purchased Accupunture/Massage for my husband as a gift because several people had suggested we try it for pain management. Knowing it usually takes several sessions to see results, he was noticeably improved when we left the office and it has sustained itself for days since. We can't wait for the next appointment. Therapist was great, explained acupuncture to me as I had never done it before. It was relaxing and peaceful, didn't hurt at all. Massage afterwards was good as well. I would recommend Insight Wellness to others.

I initially went to Insight Wellness because I had a Groupon coupon. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The therapist explained to me the procedure. He checked on me during the acupuncture time. He answered all of my questions about acupuncture. The massage was great. It left me calm and relaxed. I would return without a Groupon.

The therapist explained step by step what he is doing, also talked about what acupuncture is and how it can help you. I liked that he gave me the option to choose the type of treatment I felt would be best for me. Overall excellent expereince!

I never had accupuncture before so after the session I didn't know what to think. I loved the way Tom explained everything and left me to formulate my own opinions. I think I felt differently BUT I know I slept better. I got home at 5:30 and took a "nap." I didn't wake up until the next morning! That was the best rest I have EVER had!

Tom did a wonderful job of talking things over and explaining everything before he even began. He also walks you through the process as you go through the acupuncture ad massage. Very responsive to what his clients need! Would highly recommend him and will return!

I am 31 weeks pregnant and went in for pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain. The acupuncture and massage is already helping. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and talked to me a long time to tailor my treatment to be safe for the baby. I felt that I was in good hands and can't wait to go back in two weeks again.
