after two 15 hour days at work, my shoulders and back cried for help and Mr. Nam was fantastic. He applied some sort of tingly lotion that really helped and recommended heat pads, which i hadn't thought of before but ended up not needing since his massage really worked out the knots. I'm definitely coming back. Just know that you can find him in a chiropractic clinic at the shopping centre with panera.
