I didn't really know what to expect but the staff were very cordial and made me comfortable. There was no wait. The instrument used to scan the teeth does cause your mouth to get dry but breaks in between and water is provided. This is much better than having to take the old fashioned impressions. I would recommend this place.

I highly recommend using OrthoDent Imaging. I arrived for my appt. and was immediately taken in for my scanning. The technician was very friendly and made sure throughout the procedure I was comfortable. It went pretty quick and was not painful at all.

She was very nice to my daughter, made her feel comfortable and explained everything that was going to happen, and how long each part would take so she knew exactly what to expect. I had nothing but wonderful service from 3D Imaging! Before I had gotten off the phone with my Orthodontist (who made the actual appt) I had already received an email confirming my appointment time. They sent me a reminder email, too. Once we got there for our X-Rays, we signed a paper or 2 and within 5 minutes we were saying "Have a Great Day." and we were out of there. I just wish all Customer Service providers worked this way...

Very pleasant, professional and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Appointment was on time and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Even provided refreshments after the appointment. Highly recommend.

The office is easy to get to and parking is free and close to the building. The technician was friendly and helpful. She was thoughtful and efficient and the entire procedure only took about ten minutes.

The office manager was friendly, and offered us some water and juice. She got us in and out in 15 minutes. and we read some interesting updated magazines while we waited. Great Job Ortho Dent!

We arrived at OrhoDent 3D imaging and we were immediately attended to. The scan was easy and pain free. It wasn't scary either. We decided our short drive took longer than the time there. We were able to take a quick look at the pictures as they developed-- Amazing. Thanks for the experience.
