What a joy to have had the chance to work with Pamela! She bring a unique approach to her work that I truly enjoyed. Her inviting and accessible demeanor made me feel immediately at ease. I could also feel strongly that she brought significant training and experience to the work. Yet another fantastic bodywork session with Pamela. I always know I'm going to love the session for its muscular/relaxation/healing properties. But I always forget how balancing it is, and how I feel so calm and patient for days afterward!

I have had 2 massages with Pamela in the last couple of weeks. She works intuitively and is very tuned in to the work she is doing. Both treatments were incredible, and I am very particular when it comes to bodywork! She combines various techniques in each session to bring the body to full relaxation. It is a real treat! I am looking forward to my next massage!

pamela is such an amazing presence. there is something that she taps into that i can not explain. her massages are strong and you can feel her expertise and empathy every moment. an hour spent with pamela is healing in so many ways. when i leave her space, its like starting fresh and getting a giant dose of her heart to take with you throughout the day, and week. i see her regularly for massage and mind/soul tune ups. beautiful. xo

Pamela was great at knowing how to address issues we discussed as well as ones that she discovered that we had not discussed yet. She gave me some take away exercises and things to consider, which was very helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

I don't know how Pamela does it. I came in last night after injuring my back on Monday. I could barely walk and was in constant pain. She got the worst of it worked out on the table and while I was still not 100% when I left, it was a different sort of pain, the kind you know is going to work itself out. When I woke up this morning, my back was completely fine. Amazing. Thank you so much.

Pamela was recommended by my dentist to help release the tension in my jaw muscles. That was more than 6 mos ago, and I continue to visit her for routine massages. She always listens to your needs and the atmosphere of her studio immediately sets you at ease. She typically uses heat as part of my massages, which really helps to relax my back. She also recommends exercises that will help reduce tension in key areas. Finally, Pamela has a strong but ouchless touch.

Pamela is very skilled, present, and attentive. I feel a dramatic improvement of my overall wellness after a therapeutic massage from her. She is very diverse and goes deep. She also does lymphatic draining massage, which is a great accompaniment to a detox program. I highly recommend her.

After a week of back tightness, Pamela came to the rescue with her wonderful massage. After applying soothing heat packs on my back, she worked deeply to release the tight muscles. She also used hot stones which felt so good! I walked out of the massage feeling relaxed and well taken care of. My back feels so much better.

Pain in my lower back for 14 months seemed an eternity-the cause a wrenching collision with another car . Walking down Castro on sidewalk sale day, I saw a little table outside a simple screen door. I picked up the card, made an appointment, showed up-ninety quick minutes later left. Next day, today, I finished my 2 hour Golden Gate Park walk, forgetting about the back, nice not to be a whining male. Pamela is healer who listened, observed and applied her considerable skill to alleviate pain.

She's like a detective--she seeks out the injury, the tensions, the imbalanced and out-of-whack parts of your body--and then she reaches into her deep tool-kit for whatever will serve you best. She moves between a whole range of techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, orthobionomy, hot stones, cranio-sacral) with ease and total skill. She's the best!

I've been to Pamela before, but now that I'm expecting, I was really in need of some relief from all of the little aches and pains that come with a growing baby inside me. Pamela did just the trick! She was gentle where she needed to be - like when she was massaging my baby/belly - but then dug in and worked out some long-time knots that were so nagging before. Today I feel great - maybe a little tender from the work, but a in a great way. My baby & I are very much grateful -- thank you, Pamela!
