How much can I earn in commissions?
Commissions for each new Genbook paying client you enroll include a one-time acquisition fee of $19.95 for a Genbook Solo account, or $39.95 for a Genbook Standard account PLUS 25% of the ongoing monthly revenue from that client for up to a year.
How can I track my commissions?
You can track your earnings online through our Partner Portal. Once registered as a Partner, you will receive your own Partner ID and password, so you can login to our Partner Portal and access a broad array of reports and marketing material.
How do I know how much commission I've earned?
You can access data about sign-ups and payments due to you at the Portal.
How and when am I paid for my sign-ups?
If we owe you commissions for a particular month, we will send you a check within 30 days following the end of that month.
How do I get started? How do I set up links?
Once you are registered and approved as a Partner, you simply use the URL generated for you at the Portal. Any Genbook paying clients that are enrolled from that URL are tracked and automatically linked to your account.
Does it cost me anything to become a Partner? Are there minimums?
No! It's absolutely free to join our Partner Program. There is no fee to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.
Can a web site outside the United States or Canada be an Affiliate?
Not at the moment, but please check back on this from time to time.
How do I sign up?
First, you must read and accept our Channel Partner Agreement. Next, complete the online application form for the Program. After your application is received, we will contact you to let you know if you have been accepted. We will then provide you with information about how to get started.
Is my business eligible to become a Partner?
Most businesses will qualify to participate in the Program. Anyone may submit an application, but we do reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time.
What are my responsibilities as a Partner?
The only thing you are responsible for is using the Genbook URL we provide you to help service businesses create Genbook accounts. We handle everything else.
I don't have a website. Can I still apply?
Accounts have to be created from your Genbook URL which can be placed on your website or blog or any other webpage (e.g. a friend's website or blog).
Will becoming a Partner increase traffic to my site?
Our Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site. However, the program enhances your site by positioning it as a premier source for online appointments.
Where should I place the URLs on my site and how often should I update them?
You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find. We suggest placing your links on your homepage, your navigation bar, etc. If you place the links in an easily accessible location, your visitors will be more likely to click through to our site and enroll. Once you establish the links, there is no need to update them.
What about cancellations?
If a Genbook Solo or Standard account cancels or downgrades within the first 12 months, remaining commissions are cancelled.
Who handles customer service?
We do all of that! All you have to do is place our Genbook URL on your web site and, of course, you should encourage its use.
How will you know that the sign-up came from my site?
The URLs that link from your site to our site contain a unique identifier. Every time a new client enrolls with us via your link, we know to credit your account. Then when the client registers for or upgrades to Genbook Solo or Standard, we know to pay you commissions. We cannot recognize nor pay you for accounts created in other ways.
